  • Study and expand your knowledge – work hard at school.
  • Learn one new skill every year – try new things.
  • Get presentation skills coaching – learn how to speak properly and how to handle nerves.
  • Create a confidence journal – write down how you feel each day.
  • Know what you are good at – remind yourself you are talented.
  • Think about what you would like to improve and work out how that can happen.
  • Eliminate Negative mind chatter – stop putting yourself down!
  • Create an “attitude to do list” and stick it up where you can see it every day.
  • Surround yourself with VIPs (very inspiring people).
  • List your ‘energy toppers’ (what do you like doing) and know your ‘energy zappers’.
  • Read biographies and inspiring stories about people who have achieved great things.
